Pre-Arrival & Arrival Experience
I flew from TPA directly to Frankfurt, where I had a smooth experience going through customs and collecting my luggage. The Brenners Park driver was already waiting for me, making the transition effortless. While we hit a little traffic, the 90-minute drive from Frankfurt to Baden-Baden was comfortable.
Pro Tip: Book Transportation in Advance
I highly recommend arranging a private car service rather than relying on Uber or taxis. Brenners Park does not currently offer a promotion for complimentary transportation, but booking a car ensures a stress-free arrival.

Arrival at Brenners Park
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful selection of treats, including a bottle of champagne, fresh lemonade, and seasonal fruit. It was the perfect way to settle in. One unique touch was receiving a beautifully wrapped journal at the end of our stay, made from the rooms’ wallpaper before refurbishment—an incredible keepsake for returning guests.
Personalized Service
Though there was no dedicated butler, the team was exceptionally attentive. Communication during our stay was primarily via the in-room phone.
Rooms & Site Inspection
This visit was particularly special as we toured the main building, which is undergoing a full-scale renovation. The hotel has meticulously planned each detail to preserve its 152-year-old legacy while enhancing the guest experience. Updates include larger windows and a new service elevator. The newly designed rooms, set to be available by Q2 2025, exude refined elegance—pure Oetker charm.
My Stay: Villa Stéphanie
I stayed in the Superior Stephanie Room in Villa Stéphanie, adjacent to the main building. This five-story villa provides direct access to the spa, fitness center, and medical facilities. My room featured a serene park view, a luxurious bathroom with a tub and a rain shower, plush robes, slippers, and indulgent bath amenities, including an exfoliating body scrub and decadent body lotion.
Sustainability Efforts
Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa has incorporated sustainability into its renovation by integrating Dornbracht ReCrafted fittings in all bathrooms, both in guest rooms and public areas. This innovative program allows for classic fittings to be hand-refurbished and given a new life, reducing waste while maintaining the hotel’s timeless elegance. Additionally, the 79 newly designed rooms feature marble bathrooms where stones have been meticulously cut from a single block, ensuring a seamless and luxurious aesthetic with a commitment to responsible craftsmanship.
