Our “Ready to Book” process is designed to make securing your hotel reservation seamless. To get started, submit our travel request form with the following information included:
  • Hotel name
  • Travel dates
  • Preferred room category and bedding
  • Number of guests (including children and ages, if applicable)
For example:
  • Four Seasons Hualalai
  • November 15-20
  • Oceanfront Room, King bed
  • 2 adults + 1 child (myself, my spouse Nicole, and our son Jackson, age 3)

Once we receive your request, we will confirm availability and share applicable amenities and promotions for your review before finalizing the reservation on your behalf.

If you require further assistance, such as consultation on one or more destination(s), this request is best suited for our Hotel Plus service.

Once you’ve booked, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also receive a notification, send you a formal confirmation letter, and discuss any notes or preferences for your trip.

Seamless set up from Ourisman. Got an immediate room upgrade upon check-in. Breakfast for 2 each morning worth up to $110 per day! Had babymoon treats waiting for us in the room upon arrival. Also on day 3 had a $130 bottle of champagne and chocolate cake to celebrate wife’s birthday.
