Four Seasons UK: Town & Country

The Four Seasons has three hotels on offer in the United Kingdom: Hampshire, London Park Lane, and Canary Wharf. These three properties are each very unique and different from the other, which provides a little something for every taste or trip!

The Four Seasons Hampshire

Most people don’t think of this country estate as a London stopover option, but it is only 30 minutes from London Heathrow or 45 minutes from the Southampton Cruise terminal and it offers a welcome alternative to a stressful transfer into the bustling city. However, to truly enjoy everything this hotel has to offer, you’ll want more than just one night.

The rooms here are spread out across the original manor house and two newer wings. The rooms in the manor house are designed to celebrate the history of the estate, but they do run smaller because of the restrictions of the historical building. The newer wings offer much larger options. But, no matter where the room is, they are all beautifully decorated and offer all of the amenities that The Four Seasons is known for.

Activities are endless and include the Spa, bicycling, horseback riding, shooting, etc. The Four Seasons Hampshire offers an ideal environment for a country retreat!

The Four Seasons London Park Lane

Located on the eastern edge of Hyde Park in Mayfair, the Four Seasons Park Lane makes an excellent home base for exploring London. You can walk to Knightsbridge, Picadilly, Green Park, Buckingham Palace, and more. The hotel underwent an extensive renovation in 2011 and they took this unique opportunity to incorporate some very unexpected elements into the hotel design. My clients  enjoy Preferred Partner benefits at all Four Seasons hotels, and you must be sure to take advantage of the breakfast amenity at Park Lane. I had the best egg white omelet with feta and asparagus here!

The Four Seasons Canary Wharf

Often overlooked by leisure travelers, Canary Wharf actually has quite a bit to offer. This is a great option for travelers who want to experience the young, hip side of London or for those who have been to London before and are looking for new neighborhoods to discover. Canary Wharf is in a great location near Shoreditch in the East End, which is known for great indie shops, unique bars and cafes, and quirky galleries. Plus, your just a quick ferry ride away from all of the usual sights and tourist attractions.
