Sara sees travel as a story you get to step into. With a background in journalism, she’s especially drawn to how a place feels and the details that make it memorable.
She gravitates toward destinations with a clear sense of character. Thoughtful design, strong creative direction, and spaces that feel intentional always stand out. “I notice the little things first,” she says, “the design of a space or the way you’re welcomed in, or how a hotel tells its story.”
Sara’s travel style is equal parts planned and flexible. She’ll map out a few key things she really wants to see, but leaves plenty of room to wander, try something unplanned, or completely change course if something doesn’t feel right, “after all, travel should feel easy!”

Her favorite place to return to is Winding Bay, Abaco in the Bahamas. Between the turquoise water, easy pace, and genuinely warm hospitality, it’s the kind of place that never really gets old.
Next on her bucket list are cruising the Nile through Egypt, a few nights at Belmond Splendido for that classic Italian Riviera energy, and Kyoto during cherry blossom season.
Her approach to travel is simple: notice the small details, be where your feet are, and give yourself space to enjoy the moment without overthinking what comes next.
