Stephanie’s travel style can be described as curious, conscious, experience-driven, and adventurous, with just enough structure to make space for indulgence and ease. She seeks out experiences that are authentic and meaningful, while always building in time for spontaneity (and a spa treatment or two).

Stephanie loves to chase experiences that are unique to a destination, the kind that linger long after the suitcase is unpacked. From kissing a giraffe in Kenya and cage diving with Great Whites in South Africa to floating in icy waters under the Lapland sky, every trip creates new memories.
“Whether I’m traveling solo or with my family, I love to blend quintessential sightseeing with unexpected surprises. These experiences serve as a reminder that unforgettable moments often lie just beyond your comfort zone.”

While she enjoys spontaneity, she also believes in the joy of seamless travel. She says, “private guides who know their cities inside out can bring a destination to life, and give me time to slow down and simply be present.”
During a family trip to Mexico, a simple sunrise hike became a playful nature walk thanks to surprise encounters with local (adorable) wildlife. These unscripted moments are what she treasures most—proof that magic often shows up when you step off the path.

Beyond the memories, Stephanie wants her travels to leave a positive footprint. She makes it a point to support local artisans, purchasing fair trade goods that reflect a region’s culture and sustain its communities. Whether it’s a handwoven textile or a handmade bracelet, every item carries a story.
She also looks for ways to integrate philanthropy into her journeys:
- Packing school supplies for children in underserved areas
- Supporting wildlife conservation near national parks
- Teaching her kids that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference
“Traveling with intention makes every trip more meaningful, especially when my kids get to see the impact of purposeful giving.”

Confession time: Though Stephanie is drawn to thoughtful and culturally rich keepsakes, she openly admits to a lighthearted collection that brings her joy: Starbucks ‘You Are Here’ mugs. Her growing shelf at home sparks conversation when guests come over, and each mug represents a place, a moment, or a memory worth reliving. From a breezy afternoon at a beach club in the South of France, to a chilly morning in Norway, to a sunset stroll in Barcelona, every cup holds more than coffee.
“It’s not just coffee. It’s a morning ritual infused with wanderlust.”

Her bucket list is growing, and some of the top dream destinations include:
- Türkiye – for the textures, colors, and cultural crossroads of East and West
- Jordan – to stand in awe of Petra and float in the Dead Sea
- Namibia – for its surreal landscapes, desert-adapted wildlife, and sense of space
