A Girls’ Weekend at Four Seasons Miami – Brickell Edition
I recently returned from a much-needed girls’ weekend in Miami, where we stayed at Four Seasons Miami in Brickell. While there are two Four Seasons properties in Miami — Brickell and Surfside — we opted for the Brickell location. Surfside, situated on South Beach, is undoubtedly the better resort option with its beachfront vibes, but Brickell’s city-center location was ideal for the activities we had planned. Our days began with relaxing by the stunning rooftop pool, which features a unique hammock area floating above the water. This playful touch adds personality to an otherwise sleek city hotel and is the perfect place to unwind while soaking in the Miami sunshine. Poolside service didn’t disappoint either; the fresh coconut water was a standout, offering a refreshing way to stay hydrated in the heat.
Dining Adventures in Miami
Nights were reserved for exploring some of Miami’s most talked-about dining spots:
- Osaka Miami: Just two blocks from the hotel, this Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant impressed us with its fresh flavors and vibrant atmosphere. We ordered about 15 different items and genuinely couldn’t pick a favorite.
- Casa Neos: Located along the Miami River, this newcomer (and sister restaurant to MILA) delivered incredible dishes and scenic waterfront views. The food wasn’t as impressive as Osaka, but the atmosphere was better.
Staying Active and Energized
We also made time to check out the gym, which doubles as an Equinox fitness club — a great perk for Four Seasons guests. Mornings started with indulgent breakfasts, which were included as part of Four Seasons Preferred Partner (FSPP) benefits.
The hotel’s Bahia Restaurant, located near the pool, served delicious options like avocado toast. For cocktails, the watermelon margarita at Edge was a standout — hands down, the best margarita we’ve ever had. Trust us, we’re margarita enthusiasts!
