Four Seasons Naples Opening Weekend: Our Honest First Impressions
The long-awaited Four Seasons Naples has finally opened its doors softly, intentionally, and with a focus on quality over scale. During opening weekend, the resort offered just 48 rooms and suites, even though all 220 accommodations (163 rooms and 57 suites) are technically ready. It’s a thoughtful approach, designed to deliver the level of service guests expect from the Four Seasons name.
This early phase is quieter than what future guests will experience. Some amenities are still in temporary locations, and children’s programming is limited. But even in its preview state, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, already shows signs of becoming one of the most compelling 5-star resorts in Florida, especially for travelers who appreciate quiet luxury, beachfront living, and a residential atmosphere.
What follows is the real, no-fluff scoop on construction status, dining, rooms, beach, and everything you actually need to know before you book.
Four Seasons Naples: What’s Open Now vs Coming in 2026
While guests will see construction on the drive-in (related to private residences and the future golf course), there is no construction within the resort itself. The atmosphere feels polished, coastal, and relaxed, exactly what people hope for when booking Four Seasons Naples.

The resort map below illustrates the layout of Four Seasons Naples Beach Club, including pools, restaurants, the golf course, spa, and other facilities.

Four Seasons Naples Rooms & Suites: Views & Upgrades
Resort-View & Higher = Ocean Views
At Four Seasons Naples Beach Club, every main-building room (even the entry-level Resort-View) has somewhat of an ocean view—a rare and under-advertised perk.
The only rooms without ocean views are the Garden-View accommodations in separate Building E (rooms + residences). These face the resort grounds and golf course… which in 2026 means a construction view. Skip Garden-View entirely—no upgrade magic is guaranteed to fix that.
Bottom line: Book Resort-View or higher in the main building, and you’re guaranteed a balcony with an ocean view (partial or full). That way, every sunset is yours to savor.
What Every Category Includes
The resort offers 220 total accommodations, including 163 rooms and 57 suites, all designed with a consistent coastal aesthetic. It’s also an excellent choice for families, with 52 connecting combinations available—ranging from King-to-King and King-to-Queen pairings to connectors that link Queen rooms with Studio Suites or full Suites.
-
Modern coastal design with warm woods and soft blues
-
Balconies in all rooms
-
Large bathrooms (all with showers; some with separate tubs, depending on category)
-
Plush robes and high-end linens
-
Nespresso, curated minibar, and thoughtful tech touches
- Family-friendly options upon request (cribs, night lights, playpens)
- Four Seasons Naples features Byredo’s Sundazed as its official toiletries, a bright, citrus-forward scent that evokes an endless summer!
Best Rooms & Suites
We booked an Ocean-View Studio Suite King and immediately fell in love. The moment you step inside, the angled Gulf views flood the room with soft, golden light, making the entire space feel wide-open and effortlessly luxurious. A plush sitting area flows into a dining spot for two, perfect for lingering over room-service breakfast or sunset wine, while the huge residential-style walk-in closet keeps everything beautifully organized. The real show-stopper, though, is the extra-wide furnished terrace: big enough for lounging, sipping cocktails, and soaking in those legendary Naples sunsets with the ocean shimmering right in front of you. Spacious, serene, and unmistakably coastal, this suite feels like your own private piece of paradise.
We also toured the Oceanfront Corner Suite and were blown away. Unobstructed Gulf views pour in from every angle, framing a huge wraparound terrace perfect for sunset dinners (table for four). Inside, a proper foyer leads to a separate living room with dining for two, while the private bedroom hides a big walk-in closet. Coastal-chic, spacious, and effortlessly indoor-outdoor—this is the sweet spot for families or anyone wanting more room without going specialty suite or residence.
Crowning floors 6–7, the Sabal Presidential Suite stuns with a 3,000-sq-ft rooftop terrace featuring 360° Gulf and Old Naples views, a private pool, and hot tub. Inside, the Sabal Presidential Suite starts as a 2-bedroom (two kings, 5,155 sq ft, sleeps 5 adults or 2 adults + 3 kids) and can expand up to 5 bedrooms (~7,000 sq ft) by connecting adjacent rooms — full presidential version debuting early 2026. Think chic coastal mansion: full chef-ready kitchen, expansive living and dining areas, dedicated wellness/fitness room, and marble baths with deep tubs and double vanities. We got an exclusive sneak peek (no photos yet) — but believe us, this will be one of Florida’s most spectacular specialty suites.
Pro-tip: When booking the Sabal Presidential Suite through Ourisman Travel, you may be eligible for up to $1,000 in resort credit.
Why We Love the Rooms (Our Favorite Details)

Private Beach, Pools & Water Sports: Full Guide
The beach at Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is pure Gulf-Coast perfection: wide, quiet, powdery white sand and calm turquoise water. What makes it unforgettable is the service — every 45 minutes, a staff member glides by with chilled coconut ice-cream bars, banana-mango smoothies, or mini yogurt parfaits, all complimentary and perfectly timed. Paired with the smart-call buttons at every lounger (water, cocktails, sunscreen on demand), you’ll never have to lift a finger. Hands-down one of Florida’s most relaxing beach days.
Sunset Pool (family-friendly): This is the lively, family-friendly pool with shallow areas for splashing — perfect for little ones. With the prettiest row of salmon-and-white striped cabanas you’ve ever seen — each draped in scalloped awnings and flowing curtains that flutter in the Gulf breeze. It’s giving instant old-Florida glamour with modern comfort. But the real show happens at dusk: loungers face west, framed by swaying palms, so you can watch the sky turn pink and orange while the kids play in the shallow water. It’s the best seat in the house for Naples’ legendary sunsets — relaxed, colorful, and effortlessly beautiful.
Terrace Pool (18+ adults-focused): Just steps away but clearly separated, the Terrace Pool is the calm, grown-up escape. Rows of sleek, dark-wood cabana beds with flowing white curtains that billow in the breeze. A bubbling jacuzzi sits at the far end, perfect for sunset soaks, while oversized white umbrellas and palms frame postcard views of the beach beyond. It’s still close enough to feel the energy of the resort, yet quiet enough for reading, napping, or sunset cocktails in peace. The perfect balance of “adults-only” without feeling isolated.
Sanctuary Spa Pool: The 75-foot (23-metre) outdoor lap pool at Sanctuary Spa is set on a secluded rooftop terrace, just steps from the fitness center. It offers serene views over the lush golf course, making it ideal for invigorating laps or peaceful sunbathing in a tranquil, sun-drenched setting.

Ongoing Construction: What to Expect
Guests arriving at the resort should be aware of ongoing construction in surrounding areas, including private residences, Market Square, and the new golf course. Additionally, there is some unrelated construction (not managed by Four Seasons) occurring in the south-facing wing for certain Ocean View room categories.
Key details for consideration:
- Construction on the new golf course could occasionally affect the Sanctuary Spa Pool experience.
- For Ocean View room categories, requesting a north-facing wing is recommended to minimize potential impact from the unrelated, temporary construction in the south-facing wing.
- Not all public spaces are currently fully operational, as several venues remain in the final stages of preparation (including the spa, KFAS, movie theatre, Naples Trading Co., Wager Sports Pub, and golf course).
That said:
- There is no construction noise within the resort itself.
- Most guest rooms remain quiet and unaffected.
- All currently operational public spaces are fully polished and functioning.
With a limited number of rooms available (only 48 during November–December), the overall guest experience remains calm, intimate, and highly attentive.
For Families: Kids For All Seasons (KFAS)
Fin’s Club & Teen Centre (opens Q1 2026, suite reserved during holidays): Engaging programming just off Market Square.
- Ages 4–12 (Fin’s Club): Beach games, crafts, treasure hunts, themed activities
- Teens: Movies, video games, unwind space. Additional perks: Kids under 5 eat free; babysitting services; family-friendly sunset pool with shallow splash areas.
